Having previously subscribed to this magazine while living in California, I am glad to subscribe again. I have used many of the design ideas in this magazine--right down to the design of the traditional windows in my home. In that case, I contacted the writer/homeowner/architect by e-mail and got a very kind and helpful response about dimensions, etc. I have to make sure my dollars are spent correctly as I plan for my first and only home. Thank goodness for this magazine!
